- Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, providing accurate information about products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
