Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Card Members in a client-facing environment. Your primary goal will be to deliver personalized solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed their expectations. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and Engage: Greet and welcome Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a champion for our Card Members, listening to their needs and concerns, and providing creative solutions to resolve issues and exceed their expectations.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, using your expertise to recommend and provide tailored solutions that meet our Card Members' needs.
  • Travel and Lifestyle Services: Provide expert travel assistance, including flight and hotel reservations, as well as lifestyle services such as dining and entertainment recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing exceptional support to our Card Members.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities with ease.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Education: A graduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services industry.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide creative solutions.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including CRM systems, travel booking tools, and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry, including travel reservation and planning.
  • Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, or other languages relevant to our global customer base.
