Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your technical expertise, combined with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines and other equipment as per arenaflex's standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Remain positive, work as a team player, and create excellent customer support-oriented organizations
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., technical, business, or customer service)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and refrigeration equipment
- Certification in customer service or technical support
