Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative on our Remote Healthcare Support Team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their healthcare plans and making a positive impact on their lives. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to medication coverage, prescription medications, and mail-order prescriptions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare and provide them with the support they need to achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to individuals with questions or concerns about their healthcare plans

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to medication coverage, prescription medications, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Empower customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare by providing them with accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience in the healthcare industry

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
