Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their travel needs are met and exceeded
- Working independently to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with clients to determine their travel requirements and preferences, and making personalized recommendations
- Processing travel bookings, including flights, cruises, theme parks, hotel/resort accommodations, and rental cars
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on travel products and services
- Completing required certification and ongoing training with arenaflex and our travel partners
- Utilizing reliable internet, smartphone, and/or computer to access arenaflex's systems and tools
Essential Functions
* Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Work with clients to determine their needs and assist them with their travel arrangements
- Complete required certification within a timely manner
- Complete ongoing training with arenaflex and travel partners
- Must have reliable internet with a smartphone and/or a computer
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- To be a resident of the United States
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred but not necessary)
- To be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- To be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
