The Role
As a Live Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate their wheel and tire needs, all from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for:

- Answering questions about products, checking fitment, and assisting in scheduling service appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing multiple conversations online simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting productivity goals
- Collaborating with the Sales Team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
