Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing heart-driven support to our members. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving member inquiries, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls from members and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve member issues and provide solutions to improve their healthcare experience
  • Provide information and support to members regarding their healthcare plans, including medication coverage and mail-order solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Required Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills, including phone behavior and conflict resolution
