Job Type and Working Hours

This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a commitment of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing information about flight schedules, bookings, and policies, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their travel options
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues related to bookings and travel, including cancellations, changes, and refunds
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating when necessary, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Updating customer information in our company database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, working closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers
  • Staying updated on airline policies and procedures, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers

Job Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
