Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our team in Nigeria. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the production process, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise in production planning, inventory management, and logistics will be essential in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage the production process, including planning, scheduling, and inventory management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet arenaflex's quality standards
  • Investigate and resolve production-related issues, working closely with the production team and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and development

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or logistics

  • 5+ years of experience in production management, logistics, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing production processes, including planning, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets, with experience in production planning and inventory management software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the apparel industry, with knowledge of production processes and quality control standards

  • Certification in production management, logistics, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements

Work Environment
