Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, using a variety of tools and resources to navigate and research solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers, using strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
