Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as a Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing the overall customer experience through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
* Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives and priorities. Ensure data governance and quality standards are met across the organization.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Pharma and Payer Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain relationships with pharma and payer partners. Ensure data-driven insights and strategic decision-making inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead the development and analysis of QBR data to inform business decisions and drive growth. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure QBR data is accurate, complete, and actionable.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop and maintain a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization. Ensure data insights and analytics inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven insights and strategic decision-making inform business decisions. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure data insights are actionable and impactful.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree: Four-year degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science.
- 6+ Years of Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Strong experience in data analysis and insights, with a proven ability to develop and maintain data visualizations and reports.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced Degree: Master's degree or higher in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science.
- Coding Experience: Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, C++, or Python.
- Data Science Experience: Experience with data science techniques, such as data extraction, data mining, data profiling, data warehousing, and statistical analysis.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
