What to Expect As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in advocating for our healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns * Researching and resolving complex prior authorization and claim issues to enhance provider satisfaction * Collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues * Navigating multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution * Advocating for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues What We Require To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with a willingness to learn new systems * A typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy * Availability to work 40 hours per week during designated business hours, including potential overtime How to Stand Out If you have: * Experience in a call center or customer service environment using phones and computers * Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology * A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues You'll be well on your way to standing out as a top candidate for this role.
