Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team as Online Chat Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will engage with Amazon customers through live chat, providing prompt and efficient assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, while contributing to the growth and success of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, orders, and services, including product features, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with navigating the Amazon website and resolving issues related to orders, payments, and account management
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time, driving business growth and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, e-commerce, and technology

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required

Working Hours:

* Part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 30 hours per week
