Advancement

Our Media Operations team is responsible for the preparation, acquisition, management, and delivery of various types of media formats and content, including the distribution of live programming. This role can be assigned to and will work within multiple functional areas in this group.

Content Operations

Our Content Operations team is ultimately responsible for effectively delivering Disney's entertainment and sports content to millions of people every day. This includes creating, managing, and driving a global content supply chain – the multitude of steps required from taking a finalized program/film, or live piece of content, from within Disney to audiences all over the world, in their preferred language and format. This team also leads innovation activities in Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be an essential part of our customer support team, assisting customers from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that our customers have an unparalleled experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • May participate in training others in functional areas and develop training documentation

Essential Qualifications:

* At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Active experience in a live production environment, internship, or similar educational experience

  • Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
  • Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
