  • Conducting quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Scheduling maintenance visits and promoting services to customers

  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities:
