Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to provide exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email. As a representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer service inquiries, providing technical support, and offering real-time problem-solving solutions. Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers via live chat, phone, and email
  • Resolving customer service inquiries and technical issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identifying major pain points and flagging them to our liaison team for further action
  • Participating in on-the-job training and engaging with opportunities to improve your skills
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A love for customers and their experience with our products and services
  • Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
