Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer sales inquiries and introducing new products and promotions through inbound and outbound sales calls. You'll work closely with various teams throughout the company to maximize the customer experience through understanding customer needs and providing support and effective solutions. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with new and existing customers, generate interest in our product lineup, and close sales.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and driving sales strategies to grow and increase market share profitability
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Ensuring programs are successfully coordinated and communicated
  • Enhancing relationships and developing business opportunities
  • Reviewing sales reports to improve and resolve customer accounts
  • Researching and communicating market and industry trends
  • Attending training classes across functional/technical skills, leadership development, and product knowledge
  • Developing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal/external customers

  • Processing, monitoring, and tracking sales orders

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Associate Degree or 2 years similar work experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge and experience
  • Previous sales or tire industry experience
