The Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, handling inbound interactions from our customers, listening to their needs, and taking pride in offering solutions to make their experience truly exceptional. You'll be immersed in the evolving energy industry, working both independently and collaboratively on a team that focuses on quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer interactions, responding to their needs and providing solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and provide support during emergency restoration and weather events
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Be available to work emergency restoration assignments, travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary, and participate in on-call and extended hours rotations

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of previous experience helping customers in any capacity or line of work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to speak Spanish being a plus
  • The ability to pass pre-employment skills testing, background check, and drug screening
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or relevant coursework in a related field
  • Previous experience in the energy industry or a related field
  • Experience working in a union-represented environment
  • Knowledge of industry trends, products, and services
