Responsibilities:

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, chat, or social media. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace (for remote positions)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
