Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace (for remote positions)
Preferred Qualifications:
