Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and online chat channels
- Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner

- Verifying customer eligibility for coverages and reviewing healthcare options

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Bilingual in Spanish (pay rate: $15.50/hour)
- High-speed reliable internet (35mbps download speed or better)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and technology
- Recent work history, with no large gaps in tenure or recent history
- High level of food service/retail background, with a focus on customer service and sales
Administrative Duties
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll also be responsible for:
- Inputting customer information into our database
- Performing various administrative duties as assigned by management
