What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our community development initiatives by:
- Accurately inputting and updating data across multiple databases, including participant information, program outcomes, and financial records
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
- Performing regular data audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
- Assisting in the preparation of data summaries and presentations for internal and external use
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost care, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management software (e.g., Salesforce, Google Sheets)
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
