About the Role
As a Graphic Designer with UPS Capital, you'll be responsible for transforming ideas into compelling visual representations across various media channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that align with our business objectives and brand identity. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams and clients to conceptualize and design a wide range of materials, including website pages, presentations, social media graphics, promotional materials, signage, and internal communications.
- Translate key messaging into high-quality designs that adhere to our established brand identity.
- Develop ideas manually or using design software, and execute original content by determining the optimal use of color, text, typography, imagery, and layout.
- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and create solutions that enhance design capabilities and corporate branding.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video content.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Art, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as an ideal candidate, you'll also have:
- At least 2 years of experience in professional visual communication, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
- Working knowledge of ActionScript, CSS, HTML, digital asset management systems, and content management frameworks.
- A willingness to continue building your skillset through education and training.
