Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers resolve technical issues and billing concerns
- Ensure the appropriateness of social media content
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
- Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
- Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
