Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring, providing prompt and professional assistance to our valued clients
  • Scheduling appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers, driving business growth and revenue
  • Responding to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
