Schedule Requirements
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work from home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to meet your needs. The 20 hours must be worked between Monday and Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. This part-time schedule offers the perfect balance of flexibility and structure, allowing you to pursue your passions and interests outside of work while still contributing to a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with our clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Managing customer portfolios and organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
- Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
- Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
- Recommending process improvements where applicable
- Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
