Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our customers, addressing technical issues, and providing comprehensive information about our products and services. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer support will make all the difference in building lasting relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live meetings on Google Meet/Microsoft Teams, providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues and concerns.

  • Provide comprehensive information about our products and services, including the GPS telematics system (Geotab), and stay up-to-date on evolving products and services to provide relevant support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyzing data using Excel reports and Pivot Tables to assist customers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining internal documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, conducting quarterly customer calls to engage and address ongoing concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on evolving products and services to provide relevant support and stay ahead of industry trends.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer support and technology. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Chrome.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in learning and implementing new processes and technologies.
  • Knowledge of the telematics industry is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

Position Details

* Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Location: Reno, NV 89509 (open to remote for exceptional candidates with relevant experience)
