Key Responsibilities:
* Connect directly with clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide accurate solutions to clients' problems
- Work with clients to identify and resolve issues, think proactively, and set follow-up meetings as needed to ensure issue resolution
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Essential Qualifications:
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) as demonstrated through a written evaluation
- Ability to multitask (e.g., handle phone calls while researching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation of systems and the web to find information to support clients
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Flexibility to adjust schedule and work beyond 40 hours as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Technical Requirements:
* A dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions, including background noise that may impact the client experience
- A webcam-compatible workspace
- A stable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed) that meets the minimum requirements (you can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your internet service provider)
- A wireless or tablet device that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm
- A headset or other device that can be used for phone calls and video conferencing
