Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team on a part-time basis. As an Afternoon Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's services and products. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and issues with patience, professionalism, and empathy, resolving them efficiently and effectively
