Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Our standard schedule includes:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Calling customers from the prior day to conduct quality checks and ensure that their needs are met
• Scheduling maintenance visits for customers and following up to ensure that their appointments are kept
• Calling on customer lists to offer promotions and upsell services
• Following up on reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience
• Providing general inbound customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A conscientious and team-oriented approach to work
• Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
• A clear background check and drug screen
