Job Summary:

Position Overview:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Guiding customers through their benefits, including Aetna plans, devices, and resources
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences
  • Utilizing customer support tools and systems to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking customer interactions
  • Staying up-to-date on Aetna products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Knowledge of Aetna products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
