Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Computer Requirements

To ensure a seamless and successful experience, you'll need to meet the following computer requirements:

  • Processor: I5 processor or better
  • Memory: 8 GB of RAM Memory or more
  • Internet Minimum Speed: 50MBPS
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome
  • 2 Monitors: Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
  • Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones
  • USB Headset: A headset that plugs into your computer

Our IT team will guide you through computer and virus protection, and we recommend using either ESET or McAfee anti-virus software.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues.

Preferred Qualifications
