The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Chatbot Developer at arenaflex, you'll have the chance to work on a high-impact project that will make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a robust chatbot that can handle customer inquiries with the same level of accuracy and responsiveness as ChatGPT. Your chatbot will be integrated with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, allowing us to provide 24/7 support to our guests and make their experience even more seamless.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a chatbot for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger that integrates seamlessly with arenaflex's Airbnb rental company
- Train the chatbot to handle customer inquiries effectively, covering everything from booking queries to property details
- Ensure the chatbot can handle varied conversations with the same depth and responsiveness as ChatGPT
- Provide documentation and training so the arenaflex team can continue refining and updating the chatbot's knowledge base
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure the chatbot aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Continuously monitor and improve the chatbot's performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize its effectiveness
Requirements
* Proven experience in chatbot development, especially with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger integrations
- Familiarity with AI and natural language processing technologies, particularly models similar to ChatGPT
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for chatbot development (Python, Node.js, etc.)
- Ability to deliver a user-friendly, scalable solution within agreed timelines
