Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the best possible care, and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding their healthcare plans, including prescription coverage, medication, and mail-order solutions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring that they understand their benefits and options
  • Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that members receive the best possible care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work from home with flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of our business

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
