Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding their healthcare plans, including prescription coverage, medication, and mail-order solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring that they understand their benefits and options
- Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that members receive the best possible care and support
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
