Responsibilities
As a remote live chat support specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Qualifications
