Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
- Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
- Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
