Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Devices and Alexa Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email
- Researching and resolving inquiries about Amazon's digital services and devices, such as Kindle, Fire TV, and Prime Video
- Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in real-time using a variety of tools
- Communicating effectively with customers to resolve their issues
- Performing escalations when necessary
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, and national holidays
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- 18 years old or older
- Have the right to work in Colombia
- Strong communicators with excellent written and oral fluency in English and Spanish (85% or above)
- Proficient in computer skills
- Available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Able to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- Have a minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
