Remote Licensed Medicare Agent | $300 Commission + Residuals

Unity Senior Health is hiring Medicare Sales Agents — field, telesales, or both. If you're a licensed agent who is hungry, self-directed, and ready to earn without a ceiling, keep reading. • $300 per enrollment — year-round, whether its January or August
• Lifetime residuals starting in Year 2 $10 per member, per month, for as long as the policy stays active

• Top Performing Agents can expect to make $100,000+ in their first year and beginning Year 2 with SOLID residual income. How You'll Work Telesales agents take inbound calls from seniors who are actively looking to review their Medicare coverage. These are not cold calls — seniors are calling in, ready to talk. Field agents can take pre-set in-home appointments with seniors in their area and can also self-generate through referrals, community events, and their personal network. You choose your path. We provide the infrastructure. Our Platform We are an AI and tech-enabled agency. Our all-in-one platform includes a built-in dialer, CRM, text system, carrier search portals, and AI-assisted case management — so you spend your time selling, not managing back-end work.

Requirements

• Active health/life insurance license (required)
• AHIP 2026 certified, or ready to complete it
• Medicare Advantage experience preferred; strong sales background essential
• Wired internet, two monitors, and a headset (telesales agents)
• Reliable transportation (field agents)
