Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues and concerns in a positive and helpful way
- Explain and clarify healthcare plan benefits, including prescription coverage, mail-order services, and other related topics
- Utilize knowledge and skills to provide solutions that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
