Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients' customers through live chat conversations on their websites and social media accounts. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
  • Work closely with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer support experiences

Requirements

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
