Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to discuss progress, share knowledge, and drive collaboration
