Responsibilities

As an Online Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Engaging with customers through online chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing persuasion skills to guide customers towards making informed purchasing decisions
  • Demonstrating creativity in finding solutions to customer problems and addressing their needs effectively
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role
  • Motivated and driven individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
