Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing other marketing tasks
- Monitoring and addressing commercial requirements on customers' portals and forwarding quality and technical needs to the appropriate department
- Making and receiving non-routine phone calls that may require deviation from standard procedures
- Addressing customer questions, comments, or complaints while adhering to established guidelines
- Preparing responses to customers in the required format
- Serving as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company
- Maintaining records and assisting in preparing required reports
- Acting as the company contact for customer returned Airborne/Warranty parts while adhering to established guidelines
- Providing back-up relief for the company's receptionist and alternate coverage for job duties when other departmental co-workers are not present
- Completing tasks promptly and ensuring that output generally meets or exceeds expectations
- Producing work that is accurate and rarely contains errors
- Conducting oneself in a business-like and respectful manner
- Adapting productively to changes and performing other essential tasks as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
