What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support via phone.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently provide the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, helpful, and respectful.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, resolve account issues, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Online Chat Inquiries: Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and helpful support to our customers.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
  • Internet Speed: Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.
  • Dedicated Workspace: Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace that meets arenaflex's requirements.
  • Personal Computer: Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period.
  • Commitment to Training: Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period, ensuring that you're fully prepared to excel in your role.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous Customer Support Experience: Have previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Health Insurance Experience: Have previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Call Center Experience: Have previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and technical support.
  • CRM Systems: Have familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize our systems effectively.
  • Spanish Bilingual: Be proficient in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking customers.
