Your Role as a Remote Customer Support Specialist - Live Chat Agent

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and clarity through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media accounts, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Addressing customer concerns related to returns, re-ordering, and other product-related issues
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support
  • Working independently, closely following instructions, and committing to at least 5 hours per week
