Schedule and Compensation Details
At arenaflex, we understand the importance of work-life balance and flexibility. That's why we're offering a unique hybrid work solution that combines the best of both worlds:
Office Rotation:
Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
Work from Home Rotation:
Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday
Competitive Pay Rate:

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Processing Product Complaints:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintaining a Positive Experience:

Updating Databases:
Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information.
Escalating Issues:

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent:

Customer Service Experience:
