Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email support
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Communicating effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Resolving customer issues with orders and payments, including checking Amazon payments or otherwise resolving simple issues
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Helping customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work a reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Ability to work 30-39 hours per week, with potential for additional or fewer hours due to business requirements
