Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and implement data solutions, and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet those needs
• Design and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support data-driven decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, and encourage team members to think creatively and take calculated risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and engineers
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data architectures that support business needs
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

Essential Capabilities

* Experience with data science and machine learning technologies, including SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and other tools

• Profound knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and data mining techniques
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with data governance policies and procedures, and the ability to develop and maintain data quality and integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server

Preferred Capabilities

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics

• Experience communicating at the executive level, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience driving cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
