Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Community Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring Online Chat Rooms and Forums: Regularly monitoring online chat rooms and forums to identify and address any potential issues or concerns.
• Enforcing Community Guidelines: Ensuring that users adhere to our community guidelines and rules, and taking necessary actions to enforce them when necessary.
• Responding to User Inquiries and Concerns: Providing timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
