Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
- Collaborating with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate communication, training, and meetings
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Proficiency in computer applications, including software troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience in the household chore automation industry
