Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely, effective, and personalized support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with social media and online communities
